im sorry jeff but your view seems very twisted. if someone wants to rape someone or shoot someone thay have the ability to do it, and most likely will, the police dont do much against that, but once its happened they get involved. saying that you wouldnt b able to walk down the street without worrying about being raped or shot is pretty dam stupid, unless you have a reason to be shot or raped. if you think that without cops that you will have to worry about being shot then you shouldnt go outside or walk around on the street because its probably more likely you will be hit by a car then get shot.
